Real Estate Development
- Serve as owner’s representative in the identification and coordination of the project team including engineers, architects, and attorneys to plan, design, obtain permits and approvals, bid, and construct site improvements.
- Coordinate between the owner, design team, and potential future tenants on design issues and site development needs.
- Serve as owner’s point of contact with regulatory/permitting agencies including PennDOT, PADEP, county conservation district, municipalities, etc. as needed.
Brownfield Redevelopment
- Coordinate the completion of Phase I/II environmental assessments, cleanup planning, and remediation through Pennsylvania’s Act 2 process.
- Represent owner in coordination with regulatory/permitting agencies including US EPA, PADEP, etc.
- Serve as owner’s point of contact with local, regional, and state economic development agencies.
Economic Development Planning & Project Management
- Develop property acquisition and/or disposition strategies.
- Draft requests for proposals for contractors and developers and assist with review processes.
- Facilitate the development of public-private-partnerships.
- Represent owner/client in discussions with local, regional, and state partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate public outreach strategies and community involvement plans.
Project Funding & Financing
- Develop overall project funding and financing strategies.
- Identify and prioritize potential financial incentive opportunities including grants, low-interest loans, tax credits, tax abatements, etc.
- Draft proposals and develop application packages to pursue particular funding opportunities.
